The 2024 Welleby Management assessment is $42.00 per quarter due on the 1st of January, April, July and October of each year ($168.00 to pay the year in full).
Payments may be made several ways:

If using a checking account there is a flat fee of $2.95. If paying by credit card the fee is 3.5% of the amount paid with a minimum of $3. If you do not have your user name and password click the link below.
Checks or money orders may also be sent payable to Welleby Management. Please write the 8-digit unit number on your check or money order and bring or mail to:
